Sell your ecommerce business
Sell your store. Or make it worth more first.
We buy small ecommerce businesses and run them ourselves. If yours has more in it, we can partner with you instead, do the work, and sell it together later at a better number.
Two paths
Pick the one that fits where you are.
Sell to us now
You are ready to be done. We buy the store, take over operations, and handle the migration. Deals combine a payment at close with an earnout, seller financing, or a small stake you keep.
- ✓ Confidential, no public listing
- ✓ We handle the technical handoff
- ✓ Best for: tired owners, under-built stores
Partner, then sell
The store has more in it than you have time for. We work inside it for an equity stake: feeds, search, tracking, operations. When it is worth more, we sell it together as co-owners.
- ✓ You keep most of the upside
- ✓ We do the work, not just advise
- ✓ Best for: real revenue, obvious gaps
What buyers check
What actually moves an ecommerce price
We have sat on the buyer's side of the table. These are the things that raise or cut an offer, whoever the buyer is.
Real margin, not revenue
Revenue is a vanity number. Buyers rebuild your profit after ad spend, shipping, returns, payment fees, and apps. If your books cannot show that cleanly, they assume the worst.
Where the sales come from
A store that lives on one ad account or one marketplace is fragile. Organic search, email, and repeat customers are the channels that hold value after you leave.
Product feed and catalog health
Disapproved products in Merchant Center, missing GTINs, mismatched prices. These quietly cap Shopping and marketplace revenue, and they show up in diligence.
How much runs through you
If you are the only one who knows the supplier, the pricing rules, and the fix for the checkout bug, a buyer is not buying a business. They are buying a job.
Tracking a buyer can trust
Broken GA4, duplicate conversions, and attribution nobody believes. Clean reporting is one of the cheapest ways to protect your price.
Supplier and inventory risk
One supplier, no backup, inventory tied up in slow movers. Buyers price that in.

Why us
Most buyers look at your numbers. We look at your plumbing.
We came up doing the hands-on work: product feeds across Google, Meta, and TikTok, SEO and local search, and store operations on nearly every platform out there. That is why we buy the stores other buyers pass on.
A financial buyer sees a broken Merchant Center account and lowers the price. We see two weeks of work. That gap lets us offer a fair price on a store that needs help, and it is why the partner path exists at all.
Under-optimized SEO, messy feeds, a tired owner, sales slipping for a reason you can name. Those are not red flags to us. They are the job.
Questions sellers ask
Do you buy stores on any platform?
Yes. Shopify and Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and Adobe Commerce, Volusion, and custom builds. We have worked inside enterprise platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAP too, so an older or unusual stack does not scare us.
How is inventory handled?
Usually separately from the price of the business, valued at cost on the day of the handoff. We agree on the method up front so there are no surprises at closing.
What if sales are down?
Tell us why. A drop with a clear cause, like a feed problem, a lost ad account, or a stale catalog, is something we can price fairly and fix. A drop nobody can explain is harder.
Will my customers notice?
Not if the handoff is done right. Same store, same products, same support email. We keep things steady first and improve them after.
What does partnering first look like?
We work inside the business for an agreed stake, usually in stages: fix the feeds and tracking, build organic search, tighten operations. When the company is worth more, we sell it together as co-owners.
Do you pay all cash?
Usually not. Offers combine a payment at close with an earnout, seller financing, or an equity rollover. If you need the full price up front, we will tell you whether another route makes more sense.
Tell us about your store.
Send the basics. We will look at it and tell you honestly whether it fits. What you share stays confidential and is never passed on without your permission.
