Sell your website
Sell your website to people who will actually run it.
We buy small websites and online businesses and operate them ourselves. No public listing, no strangers in your inbox, and deal structures that can let you keep part of what comes next.
What we buy
Four kinds of sites. One kind of buyer.
We own and operate a portfolio of acquired websites. Most earn under $2,000 a month in profit when we buy them.
Content and affiliate
Blogs, review sites, and niche publishers earning from display ads, affiliate programs, or sponsors.
Ecommerce and DTC
Stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and most other platforms. Messy catalogs welcome.
Lead gen and local
Sites that generate calls, forms, or booked jobs, including home services and other local niches.
SaaS and tools
Small software products, plugins, apps, and membership sites with recurring revenue.
Good fits
We like the sites other buyers pass on.
A polished site at peak earnings does not need us. These do.
The SEO is under-built
Thin internal linking, weak titles, no local presence, content that never got updated. That gap is our margin.
The operations are messy
Broken product feeds, tracking that stopped working in 2023, manual processes held together by the owner. We fix plumbing for a living.
The owner is tired
Plenty of good sites get sold because the person running them has moved on. That is a fine reason. We hear it often.
Revenue is slipping for a fixable reason
A core update, an expired affiliate deal, a neglected store. If we can see the cause, we can price it fairly and fix it.
Why sell direct
Listing a site is public. Selling to us is not.
Marketplaces work. They also put your site in front of thousands of browsers, including your competitors, and the questions never stop. Some sellers are fine with that. Many are not.
It stays confidential. There is no listing. You talk to one buyer, and that buyer is the one who will run the site.
You can keep some of the upside. If you think the site has more in it, an equity rollover lets you sell most of it now and share in what we build. Brokers and marketplaces cannot offer that. They are not going to run it.
The handoff is our problem. Domains, hosting, ad and affiliate accounts, email lists, plugins, payment processors. We have migrated sites on nearly every platform out there. You answer questions. We do the work.
The honest tradeoff: we rarely pay all cash at close. If you need the full price up front and do not mind a public listing, a marketplace may serve you better. We will tell you if we think that is the case.
Deal structures
How we pay for a site
Every offer spells out what you get, when, and what it depends on. These are the three building blocks.
- 01
Cash at close plus an earnout
You get a payment at closing and the rest over an agreed period, tied to how the site performs. This is the most common structure for small sites, and it rewards you for handing over a business that holds up.
- 02
Seller financing
We pay the purchase price in installments over time, out of the business. You earn interest on the balance, and the deal can close without a bank or a long financing process.
- 03
Equity rollover
You sell most of the site and keep a minority stake. We take over the work and grow it. When it sells again later, at a higher value, you get your share. This one is for owners who still believe in the site but are done running it.
Process
From first message to handoff
- 01
Send the basics
URL, rough monthly profit, revenue model, and why you are selling. Two minutes.
- 02
We review it
If it looks like a fit, we ask for read-only access to analytics, Search Console, and earnings. We look at traffic history, revenue sources, and risk.
- 03
Offer and structure
You get a written offer with the structure spelled out. Price, what is paid when, and what each payment depends on.
- 04
Handoff
We handle the technical side: domain, hosting, accounts, and migration. You stay available for a short transition and then you are done.
Questions sellers ask
Will anyone know I am selling?
No. We do not list your site anywhere, and we do not share what you send us without your permission. Your customers, competitors, and partners never see a listing because there is not one.
What do you need to see?
Read-only access to your analytics, Google Search Console, and the dashboards where you earn money: ad network, affiliate programs, Stripe, Shopify, and so on. Screenshots are a fine start. Verified access comes before any offer is final.
Do you buy sites that are declining?
Often. A decline with a clear, fixable cause is one of the most common situations we see. The price reflects where the site is today, not where it was at its peak.
How big are the sites you buy?
Most of our acquisitions earn under $2,000 a month in profit. If yours is larger, send it anyway. We will tell you whether it fits.
Do you pay all cash?
Usually not. Our offers combine a payment at close with an earnout, seller financing, or an equity rollover. If you need every dollar up front, a marketplace listing may get you there, and we will say so if that is the better route for you.
Can I stay involved after the sale?
If you want to. An equity rollover keeps you as a part owner while we do the work. Some sellers also stay on as a paid writer or advisor. It is up to you.
Tell us about your site.
Send the basics. We will look at it and tell you honestly whether it fits. What you share stays confidential and is never passed on without your permission.
- ✓ Confidential. No public listing.
- ✓ A real answer, yes or no.
